Fire Crackers snack crackers. You won’t be able to stop eating them!

1 lb. crackers (1/3 each of Cheese It’s, Mini Club & Mini Saltines)
1 1/2 cups canola oil
1 packet ranch salad Dressing mix
2-3 tablespoons crushed red peppers

Dump crackers in a big airtight container.

In a measuring cup add the canola oil, ranch mix and red peppers. Stir to mix well.

Drizzle mixture over crackers. Seal container and mix well every 10-15 minutes over a one or two hour period. Flavor develops best if left overnight.

Will keep for a extended period of time in a airtight container. Do not refrigerate.

Tip: I like to use Rubbermaid 14 Cup Lock-its for mixing and storing snacks like this. I can add the ingredients, snap down the lid, and tumble to mix all the ingredients and get a good coating over all the crackers. Plus, once complete I can store the mix right in the same container.
